After studying Restaurant and Foodservice Management at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Samantha returned to her home town of Bradenton, Florida and joined our team. Young and ambitious, Samantha has nine years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry.
Samantha discovered a love for food and culinary arts during her high schools years and developed her passion for the industry in a variety of ways – creating a buzz about vocational education, she has developed and directed clubs focusing on gourmet food preparation and acted as an Events Coordinator at the state level for a national organization.
Samantha has worked in a myriad of different culinary environments – kitchen lines, private home events, state-of-the-art culinary labs, university catering programs and a variety of different styles of restaurants. Through her experience in these different aspects of hospitality, she has developed an eye for detail and a passion for service.
